    Hi I'm new to this site. I've jst recently got The Box PVR dual record pvr E_Ver 4.500, 6 jul 2007 and when I watch channels E4 or Channel 5 there is someone talking in the background telling me whats happening next.

    Does any1 know how I can get rid of this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi
    Go to the problem channel and press the button on the remote control with the (loud speaker and question mark) on it and change to the other audio option.
