The Box PVR - "wait for picture"

This board has saved my PVR a dozen times, lets see if it can do it again.

Been set to TeleWest since I got it.

Been working for ages but now everytime i go to an encrypted $ channel it gets stuck on "wait for picture... **%". This only gets to (on average) 13% and it reloads and starts at 1% again.

Please, if anybody has had this problem, let me know.
Been to Nagravision menu, set it to TW, Last, OK. And it is set to Autoupdate=ON.
Go to $ channel, still reloading wait for picture... %.
And then everytime I go back to Nagravision menu it has reverted to NTL.
Could this be the problem, if so, please help.
