CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE,I have to input codes every day on box pvr due to n*l Scrambling.Software I have is E_Ver 4.000 8 Jun 2007.If i was to download new software would the box update itself.I have a Null Modem Cable but have no adapter.Where can i get such an adapter. Only have 15 pin vga port on laptop.
Hi When you have cable/connection D/L and install 4.506Oct from 'eco4 shared' links and read how too. No need to put keys in PVR at all (ever) AU (Auto Updating)Just make sure you have 4.506 S/W installed. If you get no picture switch box off unplug mains for 20 secs plug back in switch on an wait for update. .The popular auction site will beat maplins price.You need USB to rs232 port adaptor same site. jbvid

Only Started Inputing codes last week,always updated itself before that.Reading some threads earlier,and i read that you have to disconnect HD before updating firmware is this true.
