my The Box pvr was working fine till a couple of weeks ago when all channels became scrambled I am with nthell and have tried manual and auto scans including changing freqencies. all progam channels are present but 95% are now scambled. I updated firmware to E_ver 4.500 6 july and still no luck, and Ive tried going to parental contro press (info) + (2004) and Ive tried menu 1570 nothing happens, just asking for pin change question is, how do I get into the nagravision and change keys 00 and 01 as there are new codes where do I find the EMU I also have eurobox max v which went tits up the same way on same day so any sugestions will bw appreceiated thaks bobrw
Hi Your doing it all wrong. You need to have latest F/W 4.506 Oct from link below and read in documentation 'How too' load it in. The Box PVR AU's Auto Updates and you NEVER have to pee about with keys, just make sure Auto update is turned on by doing this: TO TURN AU AUTO UPDATE ON To get into secret menu. Specific to The StarviewPVR only Menu/System Setup then press ok when Parental Control is highlighted in Yellow, then press (i) on remote followed by 2007, you may need to do this a few times to get the correct speed for entering (i 2007). When you do it right it will take you to the CAS SYSTEM menu where the only check you need to do is make sure the Autoupdate Option is set to ON, then exit,exit out and wait on a channel to update, http://eko.4shared.com/ jbvid

Hi If AU is on and you have clear viewing, then all is well. If not clear viewing then update F/W to 4.506 Oct. AU = No keys needed. EVER. If you do have probs switch off, unplug mains, plug in mains, switch on and await update. jbvid
