the box pvr

Hi setant*1 as gone missing i get all other setant* sports .I,ve rescanned time and again still no joy its strange the channel was there a week ago i,ve no problems with all other channels on THE BOX PVR. Can anyone help me get setant*1 back thanks Lotto.

Can't think why you should loose it and not get it back after a scan, have you got the latest S/W installed 4.506 Oct.? That all I can think of. Has any one else lost it or still getting it?

Hi jbvideo no idea what is installed just bought the box ,how would i find out an how would i update .Lotto

 

Press Menu > System Information and tell us what the API is please

Thats the correct version installed so thats not the problem

Maybe if you do a factory setting you might get it back

Sorry for the delay in repling

Im not too sure about the PVR lol

When you press Menu , do you see an option for Factory Setting ?

If so try that and if it asks for a pin try 0000 , then press OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a few seconds then turn back on

If you goto Menu/Installation > Cable Network. When you have Cable Network highlighted in Yellow use the right arrow button on your remote to scroll through to your Cable supplier, then Autoscan.


When scanning is complete and cha@nnels are found

Press Menu > Go to parental control
press ( i or info button) + (2007)

key and emu buttons should now be visible
switch key emu to on position
go to scrambled channel and wait for update .

Double check your ch@nnel listing as it might be named as TV**** (* Denotes numbers)

If its still missing then try a manual scan on 683.000 and then check the end of your list

 

Hi got setant*1 back.I went into menu hdd interface then into hdd channel update pressed ok on the item that was shown in yellow it asked me to wait after a minute it said succesful looked for setant*1 low and behold it was back this was lucky as i did not have a clue what i was doing.Thanks for all your help.Lotto.
