Hi I have a problem with my box pvr .When I try to change chanel with the remote 4 zeros 0000 flash up and they flicker a bit on the front panel and then it goes back to how it was .Ive gone back to factory settings and reloaded the latest software and I do make sure I have pressed the STB button on the remote itself Ive also dissconnected the hdd but it is still the same.I did have a bit of an accident the other day when it fell off my tv cabinet (about a foot).Can someone tel me if they know why this is happening and if there is anything I can do???
