the box pvr

    hi, i recently bought the box pvr, about 4 days ago all my channels went off. except some of the freeview channels, i did that parental control thing, i 2007 and it took me into the cas menu, i re-entered the codes for ntl, as i live in middlesbrough, and its working now, but the only problem i have now is that some of the channels come up no signal (t1) i have tried to rescan my box but it is not finding the channels, can anyone help me, im new here. thanx
