for some reason my remote isnt woking and i can access any menus ive changed the batteries twice now and still nothing... i ve checked to see if its working by pressing the buttons and viewing it through a digital camera...(if u know what i mean by that) ive lost all my channels and all im gettin is a screen saying that the data is being updated and it has 0%, this eventually goes to 100% and tries to go to a channel and there is nothing, it then goes back to the screen saying the data is being updated.....this has been on a continuious loops since last night i cant acces the secret menu to enter in the new code to get the channels please please some one help
Unplug the b0x from the mains, open up the b0x (3 screws at the back) Push down gently on the connectors (ribbons at the lcd screen) & see if that works.
