Hi, This has probably been asked in the past but I cant find the answer... Some of my channels are disappearing. They were working for the last few months no problem but just lately are not appearing. S*y Sp 2 being one of the offenders... Do I need to do a reset or something? How do I do this again? Will this delete my channel naming that I spent hours doing the first time? Cheers
I am having the same problem with The Box T . i have heard Chorus are working on a method to counteract the use of these boxes and it was supposed to be happenning in November.I am not sure if this is related.I didn't try reloading the software yet as i don't want to mees up my remaining channels
Have you tried a simple re-scan? If not, do that. If that fails, then try 'factory settings' & re-scan. You will have to re-name your channels. If that still doesnt work you need to re-flash, turn on emu & re-scan.
Hi all, Have lost all channels in Dublin on Starview the Box (N?L provider). Checked all connections and that Nagravision/EMU settings are ok. As I didn't set up (flash ?) the box myself I am wary of hooking it up to computer in case I do unfixable damage (total novice). Any steps I can take to sort this before involving a computer? Thanks
Hi, Should have qualified that I am not at home. I will check info later and revert. Thanks for the response.
I'm in Ch*rus MMDS on the Box T in Laois. I've noticed a similar problem. Last week sly sp0rts disappeared. I factory reset and done another scan. Everything came back but last nite (about 2 days later) Sly M0vie Premier disappeared. I could keep factory resetting and rescanning but its a torture to reorganise all the channels. Is there a better solution?
You could try a Manual Scan for the odd channel loss, as long as you know the frequency, from the affected channel Sly Movie Prem. Menu - Installation OK - Down to Manual Scan OK - The frequency should appear in DOWN FREQUENCY, press OK to scan on that frequency.
Well it is worth a try, if you are missing one then you are missing others, you get more than one broadcast on the same frequency, anyway it will tell you how many channels are found. Good Luck.
There are also two new channels on N** Dublin since last night. Rock On TV at 418250, (think it took over from the short run of Mainstreet), and Paramount 2 at 323000. So now we have three Paramounts
