The Box Super - data being updated - 0%

Hi, I'm really sorry to have to bother you. I have read through numerous threads on here already to avoid posting another but i'm still stuck!

I purchased The Box Super and received it today. It didn't have any software with it so after reading various threads I downloaded firmware 7.09 onto it. This unlocked the emu and I entered 1570. Everything seemed fine until I went to sly sports and 'data being updated' appeared and didn't move off 0%.

Does anyone have an ideas of what I should do next?

the lazy update i call it ,easy fix try changing to a new channel wait 15 secs it should move,can go up to 240%.or power off unit at back then on also works.

 

Go to menu again press 1570 on the remote.
Go to "set default key"
exit to s*y sports & wait for it to update.
If it does`nt up date, turn the b0x off at the back for one minute then turn back on & repeat the "set default key" & go back to s*y sports.
