The Box Super- date is being updated [0%] message

Hi,
I have had the box working fine since June but now a number of channels are not picking up and I am getting the above message- any suggestions please?

Thanks for getting back. I have downloaded the new software successfully and re-installed the channels but the message is still appearing. I don't know what flash the receiver means?

the file u have download, now has to be put on your receiver, have you done that,

if you have , & still not getting any channels clearing,
press menu on the remote control , then tyPe 1570 , you should now be in a hidden menu, now turn the EMU (ON),THEN EXIT

 

I've tried 3 'the box supers' with the newest uk firmware but I had to manually input the keys in the end, just do that.
Same with 'the box' 'Replay lite'

yes I have downloaded it to the box and have also checked that the emu key is on and it is. I have also re-scanned the channels and the same issue remains. When I press system information the version of the software is 8 and it is dated 30 Nov 08.

Yes I'm in Ireland and the software I have downloaded is from the link you sent...it's just that it doesn't seem to have fixed the issue?

hi, im in dublin and having the same problem with my super box, can anyone tell me where to get the 8.02 firmware? is that the fix?
