I have a genuine new starview box - had prvious one and no probs, cannot access page to turn on emu key, put in 1570 and nothing happening! anyone help?
Have pressed menu key which is bring up main menu page,I keyed in 1570 when its on "installation" to enable me to get to CSA system page and nothing happens...
Ok then if you just go through the auto scan then when thats done exit back to the menu then the 1570 should work!!
I have tried that too, done a factory reset, even deleted all programmes and then auto scan and still nothing.....im getting other programmes but just unable to get into cas page
It definately looks like you have not got any firmware on the box, (have you flashed the box since you got it, you said it is new!), if so when? - because there is no way in the world that you will get access to Cas System Menu without firmware. When you are at the main menu page, can you access Parental Control and Channels Edit ? etc.
Hi hope you don't mind me asking a question, I have a starview the box which is stuck on the language page if I run a scan it fails to find any channels have put the latest firmware but can'r get anywere with it any help would be gretfully accepted Blanno
