The Box Super - Flash update fail

    Hi

    Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this problem:

    Out of 4 The Box Super / Starview 3 boxes, 1 of them comes back with "Flash update fail".

    The same lead and PC has been used for all 4 and the 1 that will not update has also been tried on another PC with another lead.

    Any ideas how to resolve?

    ps. All of the boxes are the same - genuine.

    plug it into the t.v and menu > factory reset...then try the flash matey

    Hi

    Yes, done this over and over again but the box will not flash. Any more ideas?
