Make sure your coaxial cable is in CABLE INPUT at the back of the b0x.

Ok sounds like a signal issue from the providers.. is the normal TV working?.. if so then check that you have the connections in fully especially the scart lead, as sometimes they arent fully in!

no signal usually means no signal, coaxial plugged into cable input, did u factory reset and autoscan again and emu to on,could also be a network down. do u have autoroll on ur box,try set default key-menu1570-set default key and exit,it should update to new info.

Did you try the cable in the back of the TV & see if you`re getting the basic channels?

sounds as if tps are down for repair.
if u factory reset first power off at back for a min/on and autoscan again correct provider? how many tps show in list when scanning?

    Hi,

Sorry to but in but i am having the same trouble with my EX5000 (posted in another thread but no reply yet):

Still picking up no channels whatsoever. Swapped boxes with my mate (which works in his house) and his is the same here. Tried a 12db attenuator with a variable one but nothing. I can get the reminants of a picture on a couple of channels by fiddling with the variable attenuator but cant get anything anywhere near watchable. Had Verjin out and they kindly gave me a new box because the old one was taking forever to start up but said nothing wrong with the signal :( All channels fine on Verjin box.

On EVox my signal strength bounces up and down all the time between 80 and 85 then 8 for a split second (without the attenuators). With attenuators, when I get it to bounce between 72-75 a still blocky picture appears, then it disappears and the no signal message appears... Was this happening with you???

(p.s. Mine worked fine for about 2 weeks before all channels went blocky then "no or bad signal")

@ rabbit, Try what cactikid said, as a factory reset/autoscan should pick up missing TP`s.
