Hi, for some reason tonight all my channels have dissapeared from the box super. It states "no signal" on every channel and on the TV guide all channels are blank. Does anyone else have this problem or has by box finally gone bust?

I have done a factory reset and emu is on but no luck!

    Cheers in advance

you should have at least the free channels(if codes changed)so check all cables and leads, also maybe just that your provider broke down for a while, so wait and see,no major code changes so far(that i have heard of so far)wait and see and try again tomorrow, good luck my friend.

do you have a subbed box?
if so is that working? otherwise put cable from wall straight into your super with no splitters and see if that does anything,
reason i mentioned subbed box is i have one and if i have any probs with my super i swap them over and if its working then i know theres something wrong with the connection to the super,
let us know how you get on.

cheers lads for the feedback but still no luck.

I got a new lead and it is going directly from the wall to the box with no splitters. Im not too sure about the stubbed box but I dont think so as I know another person with the exact same box and hes having no problems.

    Any other suggestions?

if no signal...then your v connection has been cut either from outside the house or from the main line down the street....thats the only other alternative..if you had a normal ntl or v box,you could try to see if you get a signal or free channels on that..other alternative is to go grab yourself a cheap cablebox from asda, and try it out..you could always return it...gd luck.
