the box super not updating

i'm back with a problem. the box super (2 of them) won't update. it only happened today. usually it was the 0% problem but if it moves it gets to 1500% then shows the channel info like it's fixed then updates again stuck on 0%. no encrypted channels work. are nthell up to something again.

by the way it's Dublin Ireland.

 

mornin ste im the same eurovox ex5000 2 of them wont update at all so i reckon there definitely up to something !!!

hopefully someone on here knows whats happening !!!

 

mine too...is there any new firmware for the super or something to correct the problem?

 

i heard about one for uk but i don't think that will work for us and it would probably start rebooting again.

just tried uk version 8.02 and it updated straight away. it works but do i still need a version for ireland when it's released?

 

Nope the UK updates will work on Irish boxs.

 

thats grand. i thought we'd have no boxes in time for christmas although they've only been gone a few hours.

haha nthell i'd say it only cost you's a few hundred thousand

 

Is there a UK update for the Max V that will work on boxes in Ireland, if so can you point me to it? I've looked in Eamo's library - can't see one for Max V. Cheers

In Dublin having the same problem with box not updating, Im a bit of a novice so can someone tell me what i need to download to flash the box

 

been gone a while so bare with me!!i have "the box super" and currently it has API ver 6.00e and boot ver 8.0 so can i use that one you just did uk ver 8.02?
also i used a winrar programme to open these things but its run out now...any recomendations for a replacement? cheers

try 8.02 it should work when winrar runs out just x the small thing and it should still work.

yes thats it you need the new gtrom 4.03 to flash it.
