    hi,
I have a box super, API ver:7.05e_E, boot ver:8.0, 10 apr 2008.Until 1 week ago, I had some 93 channels in my area. I m located, county meath, at the border of county dublin....Now, since a week, I can't seem to get irish channels, nor B*C1 or B*C2...Utv.......When I choose them, screen stay black. So I did a factory reset and did autoscan (Chorus)and onlt get 55 channels (get the same channels with Chorus cork, none with N*L).....no irish channel what so ever.....
    What could be the explanation?
I know that a while a go, I gave a lend of my box to a friend in dublin, and he got more than 100 channels when he scanned.....so, scan really depend of your location I suppose? But why would I loose only irish channels?
    Thanls for your help!!

#Do a factory reset and reflash the box with 6.01 which can be found in the second line under my signature, 6.00 and 6.01 are the usual ones in Dublin for the box super!

no thats fine it was just that certain areas in Sean Boylan,s county would only work with mmds, you should be ok, just reflash it using the 6.01 and you should pick up those missing channels

@ bren, never heard of the box beofre????

@ hero, Dunboyne is MMDS NTL, you should be getting approx 90 channels, there was some work going out there in the last while which may have effected your channel line up
