The Box Super Set-up: only some channels working

    Please help.
    Instal my genuine Box Super but only manage to receive several channels.
    I suspect the box has UK software on it as that's where I bought it.
    The system info is
    API ver:8.02e,
    Boot ver:8.0
    30.Nov.2008.

    a) What is the correct API ver for the Cork area?
    b) Which site can I download it from?
    c) How do I go about download it?

    Any help will be really appreciated.

    Got the null modem cable and downloaded 7.09.
    Took a while to get it going. Box Super is now working.
