The Box super Sky sports news

    Can anyone help me get skysports news on the Box super?
    I am based in the west of scotland
    It currently shows up on channel 692 under TV 7407 but i get just a frozen picture when i try to access it
    Freq seems to be 555000

    Appreciate if anyone can help

    Delete the channel & do a manual scan on the freq.
    You should find it at the end of your channel list.
