the box has scanned and retrieved 138 channels and 52 radios channels. only able to view setanta ireland and city channel. i have tried to find the secret menu by going to parental control and typing 2007 no joy. i alspo tried the menu 1570 option but no joy there. i have done the factory reset as well. the main problem is i cant find any where on the menu to turn the emu on . any ideas greatly appreciated
Sorry I am just leaving you need to flash the Super Box as you only have FTA firmware at the moment. You will find all you need in Eamos FTA Library at the bottom of my post. I would recommend going with version 6.1, even though its only Beta for now. This has rectified the channel/categories mapping in Ireland.
Hi Not to sure of the proceedure on SV3, But try this and let us know if it works for future SV3 Boxes. Press the 'Menu' button on the remote and enter 1570 this should bring up a list,look down the bottom of this list and you will see 'Key EMU' if this says 'OFF' turn it to 'ON',Give it time to update. If no go::: You could then try this one, its for the SV PVR Use Remote Control press Menu/System Setup/OK/ You may then have on screen 5 Items 1.Change Pin Code 2.Old Pin 3.New Pin 4.Confirm Pin 5.Second Pin Then when you are on this page press i 2007, you may need to do this a couple of times at different speeds then you will get to the Cas System Menu,(6 items on screen) down to Auto Update Option select it to (ON) UPDATE : Thanks for that sc0user, now i've learnt something I didn't know. I thought you were going out, I do like this forum I have some great laughs, the missus shouts up 'What you laughin' at. @stock361 What sc0user is saying is that you need to load the version 6 software into your SV3 because the software inside already is only for FTA (Free To Air)so won't show scrambled channels. Look in the link he pointed you to (The Box Super Folder) download both files and read plenty about how to do it. jbvid
