I have bought The Box Super STAR VIEW 3 box not realising that the software is not loaded on it. When I try to load the software using a RS232 cable connecting through the serial port using the GTRom_super_705e.rar S/Ware the message that I keep getting is - can't open serial port Last error. Access is denied. What do I do or how do I downlaod this s/ware on to the box. Please help as I am not very good at this at all' Many many thanks in advance Sarmi
make sure you have the right cable if it is an rs232 you have its the wrong cable you will need a null modem cable they look the same but wired differnt
