Hi, Im new to these forums but have read most treads on these type boxes. Hope someone can help would be appricated tried for days to get workin no joy. Have a genuine (25/7 vent) the box super starview 3, got null modem cable, loaded firmware 7.09 as instructed which is I believe right for this type box, it seemed to load as it counted down on reciever and computer as I loaded it, it rebooted as I was told it would, removed cable when finished. connected to tv loaded channels as per instructions, wah thats it, when exit to blank screen, then I cannot get into secret channel 1570 to turn emu on. nothing happens. it says api version 7.09 boot 8.00 17th June is there on reciever, reset to factory settings, even tried version 7.05 which downloaded as above too. Down fequency says 131.000mhz seems thats factory settings, tried 339.500mzh as someone suggested. but problem still is still cant get into 1570 secret channel tried 1690 as someone suggested. wah what am I dooing wrong. Would appricate help as Im close to going to the shed for the hammer. Going awa to Scotland to get a few drams into me and forget it. ps. live in Maynooth its a n-l/ cho us service. Thanks Tom
Hi, Thanks for interest, got it going, unpluged reciever and let it reboot then tried 1570 bingo got into emu all sorted thanks
