the box super starview 3

    I have 2 box super starview 3 that has been working fine for a few months. One of them today just packed up. i checked code and its okay and all channells saved okay. However I have tried keying in code 1570 and EMU key etc and its stays on updating channel at 0%..please help

    has it got the right firmware in it bud no good in puttin codes manually ?????
