The Box Super stuck on Laungages and cannot get channels

    I have just bought TheBox Super API ver : 6.00_E Boot ver : 8:00 4. Feb 2008 and it worked fine for six days but now I've lost all channels and when I tried to factory reset and scan channels it keeps coming back failed and no channels found. Now I cannot come out of the screen of laungages. I keep exicting but nothing happens. I have turned the box off the mains and turned it back on but still stuck at the same page. please help very new to this.

    u have to find channels before u can move on,have u changed ur provider in installation?

    Im also having a problem with setting this box up (The Box Super 3)

    'Cant get past parental control - doesnt accept "info 2004" or "1570" any suggestions?

    Is there some firmware required?

    menu,system info,ok vers***e ,u have no access to emu as freeview only,u need to upgrade firmware.in downloads

    I had this Problem '2004' would not work so I reflashed And its working fine since - Strange thing though 2004 worked perfectly for my friends one hmmm...

    So in my experience you do need to reflash - check out the Link on the bottom of Scoucers posts for Eamos Library im Sure there is firmware there if you dont have it already-
