The Box Super USB

    Hi have just got Starview 4 (Box Super USB). I have loaded theboxsuperusb_v1.02_beta" and "TheBoxSuperUSB_BG_LOGO_080904" files. I go to installation select the provider and then automatic scan but it doesn't seem to find the channels. Can anybody help?

    Where are you located and what provider are you using ?

    I am in Dublin the provider is NTL

    is there 2 options to plug in coaxial,do u have it in cable input?

    Yes you were right I had put it in the wrong option. Pretty basic mistake! Working perfectly now. Thanks for your help.
