    hi can anyone help me please my box froze 2 days ago, i have turned it of and then back on, still nothing, i then reinstalled all channels come through but only getting freeveiw nothing else, it tells you whats on the channel but then a black screen. how do i re install the code and does anyone have the code please.

    press menu - type 1570 - go to EMU / Key at the end of screen, turn this to on and exit all the way back out to the TV
