THE BOX SUPER WON'T FIND NEW CODES???

    hi i have the box super and it wont find new codes when they are changed it use to update itself up till a few weeks ago.all it says onscreen is scrambled or bad channel all the time it wont update
    anybody know how to fix this??? im in dublin and on ntl thank's

    update your box to the latest firmware ... there's loads of how-to's etc dotted around the forum so if you search you should find

    Presuming that you bought your box with firmware already installed on it press the menu button on your remote and enter 1570 this will bring up another menu look down the bottom of this and you will see 'Set default key' go down to this and press 'OK' on it then exit out of the whole menu,this should update itself next time the codes change.
