The Box Super Won't update! PLEASE HELP!

    Ok I got a new box (the box super) working grand and all but today i turned it on and emu had turned itself off but it's on now.

    My problem is it tells me its updating

    :: INFO
    data is being updated...[0%]

    but stays on 0% and no matter what station is on it keeps happening.
    i tried set default key and factory reset but no luck. please help.
