hi i have bought a few of these over the last few months for friends and family but i have just got 1 and the bloke claims he can not pre load the software like all the others i had recived so im stuck ive tried folling the links but im pretty usless with computors i nees step by step fool proof instructions can any 1 help thanks dave

thats about as fool proof as it gets dave,its not as hard as it seems and once you try it once you'll realise how easy it is.

do you mean the firmware for your box if so here it is ,you will need winrar to open it just click the winrar,if you don't already have it,here is the firmware click here
