hi can anyone help as alot of my channels have gone off. i have noticed that a green marker and nagra vision or something by the channels which dont come on . i have tried to rescan it by auto and manual etc but they still appear. can anyone tell me how i get rid of these green markers.
Do you mean a green dollar symbol $, if so have you enabled the Key EMU, Menu 1570 and into Cas system menu and tyrn the Key Emu to ON with arrow key >

hi, i had the same problem and went into cas system and hit set default key instead by mistake, all channel names comming up but screen is blank. Can I retrieve the channels without losing my saved favorites? please help.
Hi, me again. Emu is on and it is comming up on screen data is being updated but its at 0% for past 45min, should it be taking this long?
Nope unless you have lost your signal or your cable is disconnected from the back of the box. Unplug the box for a minute, plug it back in, check key emu is on and see if it updates.
hi, can anyone help. I have the box super.lost all my channels a while back, lost everything bar the basic ntl package then it was all gone. Box cam with: API ver: 8.00e_E on it originally so I updated with 8.00 but when i do an automatic scan for ntl it comes up with zero channels found, all tp's failed. Its almost like theres no signal but its all connected up as it should be. Out of desperation i had a look in the nagravision and the was a setting for chorus etc but none for NtL.....anyone able to shed some light on this one? be heftily grateful if you could
Press the default key, turn the box off from the mains. Power it back up turn key emu back on and scan again. You will see N**.
fair play man thanks....ntl is there alright but 0 programs found when i do a scan. All the tp's failing aswell. Is it some setting that could be wrong meaning all scans get zero results? also....getting 'ld80' coming up on the box when it boots, im praying thats a good thing but im guessing that it isnt :S
oh yeah, meant to say before i uploaded the"superbox_dublin_nthell_dump.bin" file onto it to and all the channels are blank. i checked the signal strength and both the level and quality are 0%. Its like there is no signal getting through but all the cables are where they should be im seriously baffled, anyone had anything similar happen to them before and got through it (hoping so)
hi guys. i just bought box super and i installed hardware it lets me into the secret menu to turn on emu, but when i scan it i cant find any channels? i live in country and i have chorus. its genuine box, api ver:7.05e_E, boot ver:8.0, 10 apr o8 any suggestions will try doing my head in, thanks
hey guys. just wondering i have a box super, api ver:7.05e_E, boot ver:8.0, 10 apr 2008. i downloaded version 7.05 to it, and it lets me into secret menu, but when i do a scan it finds no channels, as in searching failed, i live in the country, do i need to install a dif hardware to it? or am i doing something wrong? any help would be great thanks
Sounds like you have c****s mmds. If so the b0x super wont work. See if you can find out whether you are mmds or cable. What part of the country are you in?
im from offaly. its on the upc company provider, i call it chorus. what you think can i receive the channels? or how do i find out if its mmds or not? what other box would work in my area or am i out of luck. thanks for getting back to me
if u have an analogue signal box wont work,if u have coaxial plugged into ant in wont work,cable input is correct socket,if u have mmds aerial on roof with c****s wont work.
If your area is mmds, then any of the T-Variant boxes will work. Eur0vox - TX, Starview B0x- T etc. Try & find out first, ask a neighbour or ring the cable co.
