the box super

got the box super put newest softwere on it dated 30-11-08
it works fine on ch*** in north dublin and on n** is fine too
but on n** in tallaght dublin 24 sk* sports and all sk* movies wont scan in only gettin 115 channells
any help please

 

The firmware you have is for the uk, you need the 7.09 beta for Ireland.

whats up mate you helped me out i have lost some not all of my chennels off the box super not all of them but most of them i dont have can you help me out please i done the 1570 thing

 

Do a Factory re-set, Menu and go down to Factory Settings and press OK 0000 and OK to confirm when done Accept English and then follow as listed.
Installation, OK
Make sure you Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW
Then automatic scan OK
Once the channels are found, exit back to the Main menu screen
Then enter 1570,
Go down to the bottom option and turn EMU to ON.
Now exit 3 times and go to S*y Sports and let it update.

That will get all your channels back and it will unscramble them if you have the latest fix, if you are in UK, (Ireland you should be okay).
