The box Super

Hi Guy's
just wondering if anyone knew where i'd get the Irish firmware update for Starview 4 The Box Super USB to recieve channels,I've a new blank one and i've looked but not too long at this computer lark and everything seems confusing and scarey to me.

if anyone could help, i'd be grateful ,i'm in dublin and on NTL cable.

you wouldn't know off hand what the model number of this cause i can't see any reference to the box i bought on the link you sent me , but as i said i'm not very up on this fireware thing.
