Waterford area is working fine on "THE BOX" not the box-T, roughly 180 channels including radio, be a bit more specific about your region as different boxes work for chorus mmds and ntl mmds

no problem, the box-T is for ch***S but buying it is only the first step, hopefully you got the plug and play version or else if buying it from someone you know tell them to make sure they have it updated for you, not a major problem if it isnt as there is plenty of support on this site, any problems with setup go to this link.

flick through your channels and find the lowest frequency, youll see it at the right hand side of the channel information as your flicking through, then go to installation, manual scan and input this in down frequency, then go to network scan and enable, this should solve the problem, hopefully

Strange alright? Have you tried a factory reset, then unplug for a few seconds and back in again, although maybe its a localised CC fault on 1 TP?

no problem, if you want to fiddle a bit more with it you should get more but if your happy enough with what you have i'd suggest leaving it alone
