Hello, I just recently installed the box T and when I went to parental controls to input a new pin number I clicked the default code 0000 and put in the new pin number and confirmed but strangely I had to repeat this process 5 or 6 times I even went too the second pin entered the code and just kept repeating myself. I turned the box off and went back entered my new pin number, no joy and then I entered the default code and it came up looking for pin code, as a result I can not edit channels and more importantly I want to lock certain channels that my young son can not see,can anyone give advice please.
