    Hi all new to all this could someone please help me with this just bought the box-t was not given option to choose provider and when i did an auto scan got 98 channels only 4 have picyure and sound the rest say scrammbled can someone please help me cheers

    Have you updated the firmware? If so press menu 1570 and turn key emu on. If you cannot see key emu then the firmware is not updated.

    sorry just home from work no i didnt up date firmware i was told i did not have to have to buy null cable in the morning could you please tell me where to get the firmware cheers

    searched the whole town for a db9 cable no where has them wot a joke and i recently bought a new computer so does not have the connection for it slowly cracking me up

    sorry need more help i updated the software but cant find where to get into secert menu no were to enter 1570 can anyone help

    When you press Menu , as Installation is highlight , just press 1570 on the remote and the secret menu will pop up ;)
