ive reloaded the firmaware for my sisters starview 2 "the box" with the 4.57 file, its picking up the channels fine with a scan with key emu on, but just wont update! stays at zero, ive tried it with the 4.55 file too. i cant understand it as i reloaded my pvr fine, and my friends the box which is identical to this one with 4.55 and it worked fine, just this one wont update! any ideas?? cheers for the help!
Press menu ..default.. EMU on..then go to either S;y 2, Discovery turbo, or sly movies INDIE it should click in on one of those, failing that turn the box off for a mnute or two and this might work!!
Go into the Cas System menu and press Set Default Key, it probably needs a kickstart, then turn to Sly 2. Sports 1/2/3 etc, and it should update. Do not post that information, and it would be wise for you to edit it out, friendly advice.
