THE BOX URGENT HELP PLEASE (not a code request)

hi i have done a search and read through many posts before writing this.

i have thebox its not a clone with ver 4.54e boot ver:7.0 almost all the channels are working but i cant get ZEE TV or ZEE CINEMA do i need to set the frequency manually for these? (if so how do i do that?)

or do i have to do another delete and installation again? (i really want to avoid this as it takes ages to re-arrange all the channels again!)

so what are my options please guys?

if the 2 chann3ls are there & blank, delete them, then do an autoscan, & you`ll find them at the end of your chann3l list.

 

if i do an auto scan will that mess up all the other channels too?

as ive spent ages trying to re-arrange them!!

No, the channels will be in the same order, & you should get your 2 channels back. Dont delete all the channels, just the 2 you are missing.

THE BOX SUPER WON'T FIND NEW CODES???????
I HAVE THE BOX SUPER IT WONT PICK UP NEW CODES WHEN THEY ARE CHANGED IT JUST SAYS ON SCREEN SCRAMBLED OR BAD CHANNEL .IT USE TO UPDATE UP TO A FEW WEEKS AGO IM IN DUBLIN ON THE NTL ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT THIS?
