Struggling a bit here. My sister n'law has just purchased "The Box" and we cannot get access to the extended menu's (MENU 1570). Various things have been tried but am now unsure as to what exactly needs to be entered and what should be seen on-screen at each stage. To assist resolve with this problem the following info was obtained from the box. API ver: 2.60e Boot ver: 7.0 9.Apr.2007 Is this a known problem? Its being used with TW in Scotland. Can anyone help please????
You cant access the menu with version 2.60 , it will need to be updated to 4.51 for the UK To update "The B0x", you will need 3 things first . 1. A Null Modem Cable (9 pin female to 9 pin female) http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=L71BT&DOY=2m6 2. GT Rom Loader (Software) 3.
