i have just got this box starview 2 and i can not turn on the eu or turn off i have
only had it for one month from cable and sat.com can any one help me as
can not get all the channel

You need to install the latest firmware to the box are you in Ireland or the UK?

 

i am in the uk sorry that i have not call back ,i do understand how it works just got the rs232.i just have to download the firmware

You will need 4.51 for THE B0X in the UK and this can be found in the link at the bottom of my post
