the box

i bought the box last week, i don't know too much about them only what read on the internet. it seems genuine as i compared the pictures, it has v.4.51e, the only problem is sometimes it turns off when i press menu or info. could someone advise whether its real or clone.

 

Have you tried to reflash the box?

Have you tried putting the firmware v4.51 on it as the current one might be corrupt

 

the box came with software already installed, its working fine but occasionally it goes off when i press menu and also i have bad/scambled channels. maybe you are right i might have corrupt file, i need to get new firmware. THANKS FOR ADVICE. O
