You need to post more information, what are you using - a NULL MODEM lead or a combination of thet and an Adptor and what firmware are you flashing onto your box, and which box box?

Then it sounds liks a bad flash that you have had, you need to try the bad flash method of recovery, go to the link 1st in my post at bottom and go down the page to the Bad Flash explanation. You may have to try it for a good few goes, has been known to work first time, but on other times has taken over 20 plus attempts, so persevere and have patience.
