the box

    Help.I have the box for the last year and a half.It has worked great until now.I have lost all channel.I tryed the emu and rescan.When it scans,it says 0 channels found.My network is ntl and i am in dublin.is there someone who can help!!!the kids are going nuts with no tv!!

    the firmware is downloading but with a windows media player icon????
