    First timer so be patient, Keep getting data being updated for the past three days, Starview 1 box I think. Tried automatic install but nothing seems to work. Not too technical so please try to explain in simple language, much appreciated

    First, you need to be absolutely sure what box you currently own. What does it say on the front?

    Secondly, do you own a pc or a laptop?
