the channels on my starview box have all gone off

    hi all, the channels on my starview box have all gone off, it just keeps saying updating data, then when it goes to 130% it just starts uploading again, can any body tell me whats happened.

    I have the codes but am unsure how to enter them into the STARVIEW box? My mate has a EUROVOX and to input the codes on there is different than the starview. Can you help?
