This is probably a daft question, but my mums starview has gone down and i'm heading to hers today to update it. How can i tell which version of starview it is?

If i had the box in front of me i'd try to find out myself, but any help is appreciated!

Easier to check what it say's on the top left front, if it say's Starview only it is SV1. if it says The Box then it is SV2, if it says The Box Super then it is SV3, the SV4 Super USB is self evident.

Couldn't answer that at all as the clones are not officially supported, but there has been a goodwill release fix in the past, so never say never.
