The End of MDPro..The Beginning of Action Replay MAX EVO Edition?

I'm very disheartened that I can no longer buy the Max Drive Pro for the GC, since I was about two days away from buying mine when they took it off the site. I'm sure it's not just me that's dissapointed either.
So I started googling and googled some more and came up with rumors and this link...Apparently, there are some interneters that says this "Action Replay Max EVO Edition" will be able to do everything that the Max Drive Pro could do. If only we could get some real world testing of this to find out...

If anyone is planning on buying one of these to try it out in place of the max drive pro, please post here so we can try and keep the fire going for burning games and using the max drive pro method to play them.

there is a card that looks just like my MDP, and says it connects to your computer.

I bought mine from someone on these forums, so I don't know what the original packaging is supposed to look like. But this is something that should be looked into as well. If it simply has different software than the MDP, one can download the software free at codejunkies.

But seeing as how it says "Download GameCube game saves to your PC, then transfer them to your console – quickly and easily", it might be the real deal
