"the file is corrupt itunes_control/itunes/itunesDB" run chkdsk...? (or something) HELP!

    please help i dont know what happened i have no songs on my ipod and EVERY time i try to update i get this file is corrupt(see title) and it wont put ANY files on my ipod! please help!

    I would try to reinstall iTunes and see if that helps. ;-)
