    I'm having trouble ripping The Forgotten. I also experienced the same problem with Resident Evil Apocalypse. Whenever I attempt to rip either of the movies, the screen freezes and cyclic redundancy occurs. no matter how clean the disc may be, it always freezez at the exact point. It seems as if theres a bad sector in the disc. Can anyone help me.

    I don't think it's that she/he can't. there isn't anything special aobut The forgotten encryption wise is there? I've never backed it up before, I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with RE Apocolpse cause I've done that alrready. She did say it was a CRC error.

    Hey Temj If you're a mod at CD Freaks why are you on AD now? what happened?

    Sry about that, was just looking at a CD freaks guide at the time. Which would you say is better, DDF or AD? Info, simplicity, usefulness, overall user knowledge? I won't judge.

    @kiddah, I backed both movies up, AnyDvd in the background, Resident Evil Apocalypse with CloneDvd 2, and The Forgotten using Recode 2...no problem. What I owuld do is download a trial of CloneDvd 2 (from www.slysoft.com) and with AnyDvd running in the background see if this prog. handles these movies. Just a thought!

    I remember back in the good ole days of the DVD Decrypter forum...a dude name jmet. Now he helped me alot. But this temj fella...whatta loser. LOL

    I'm glad your here dude...and as far as the two forums go, look at both and decide for yourself. If I want a more technical answer I look through some links that jmet (temj) has provided, if I want less heady advice (no offense to anyone here at AD, everyone here is very knowledgeable) I stay here, were everyone is helpful and friendly (not that DDF aren't as friendly) I just prefer it here.

    @Kidda

    Open DVD Decrypter and go to Tools->Settings->CSS tab and make your on failure option read yes, like so:
