Hey guys, I finally upgraded my system from a 500mhz P.O.S. 256 MB Ram intel graphics card Pavilion embarassment. To AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core 2.40 GHz Processor, with 4.0 GB Ram with a built in GeForce 8300 GPU onto the Motherboard (For details go to Asus Website and search for M4n78 PRO Motherboard) This sucker has the capability to run most things I figure. However The Last remnant has a requirement of Minimum: NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600 VRAM 256MB or better. Laptop versions and onboard video are not supported. Video cards that share the same VRAM as the main memory are not supported, and My GPU is built into the motherboard.. So I'm sorta in a mess right here. My graphics card runs 1.8GB Ram has T&L Hardware, Pixel and Vertex Shader 4.0, which means it should be able too but the game just isn't supportive of onboard GPUs. Think I could still run this game?
go to can you run it? http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/ this will tell you if you can run it or offer up any upgrades you can do.
I know of that site, it said I have all the proper requirements except it gave an error on my OS (I have windows 7, and it apparently only supports XP and Vista but thats cause the game came out b4 7) AND it said I had all the requirements and than some for the graphics card except my cards not supported cause it's an onboard card? which is why Im here asking if it'll work.
sorry i couldnt be of much help but after a bit of googling http://pc.gamezone.com/gamesell/p32516.htm and many more sites it seems that you will be unable to play it.
Crap, guess I gotta hit up the store again and spend a couple more hundred, if I can't play this chances are theres a few others I can't play that'd I want to play. Thanks for the assistance, Much appersiate it man
