Hi all, back again, its been a while but im glad to say that i havent had to come back, the eurovox tx is working a dream! However im here to ask for the veiws of the genious minds that help us more ordinary minds when it comes to mmds boxes. Have any of you got the new Ex8000 box and if so what are your veiws. Im on mmds c**s. Thanks again.
There supposed to be a cable version being put together but Id only get this box for HD really and cable aint got that many HD channels anyway.

It hasnt been tested on MMDS here and I am unsure if it would work on it either way. As the DVB T tuner part of this box is specifically for the UK freeview market which is another thing. The other tuner is for Sat only. To be honest you are not going to get any value even if it is developed as a cable box on an MMDS system. Bad enough there are no HD channels on true cable in Ireland, image trying to get HD on MMDS Other side of the coin is the price have you looked at it?
cheers scouser, tried to post earlier but couldnt, seems the system is been melted at the moment with crazy posts, anyway, while im here i might as well ask, i have a tx at the mo( on mmds), just fitted a ex5000 for the uncle, no problems you'll be glad to hear ...im wandering is there a similar box to the ex5000 for mmds, i like the recording option...thanks again
